My name is Gloria Carolina Esperanza Pardo and I was born in Colombia, at a young age I was adopted and moved the Netherlands. I am now 31 years old and have my own beauty salon and a cleaning company. I was lucky enough to grow up in a prosperous country and have had opportunities that many children in Colombia do not have. I have always been very aware of the misfortunate children who I left behind. 

When Yino Diaz, President and Founder of Niños Del Futuro contacted me I was immediately motivated to be part of his team. I was very impressed and felt connected with the way they do their programs. Yino and I started The Niños Del Futuro Beauty Project and now we have an impressive group of motivated teenagers official enrolled in beauty studies. This program will guarantee them a place in the labor market, to provided for themselves and strive for a prosperous future that I was fortunate to have.
