Hi, My name is Ethem Özturk, I am from Turkish origin, born and raised in the Netherlands. People know me as Etje365Barber. Together with Yino Diaz who is my friend since way back, we started The Niños Del Futuro Barber Project. We Started this project during the beginning stages of the Foundation with Luis Uviol who is now one of the teachers in our projects.  I know as many other barbers do, that it is important to practice a lot to develop your skills, so we gave the teenagers an opportunity to do so by practicing  their basic skills in our Barber Project. In our Barber Project they can earn a spot in one of the official educational programs so they can get their certificate to become marketable in the labor market. For the opening of the Barber project I went to Medellin to participate, see, and feel the energy of our kids, which was a motivational experience.
